How loving thoughts actually change your brain chemistry and structure!

I’m attending a special CPD event hosted by the Beehive Clinic in Keynsham, Bristol this Sunday, ‘I Heart Me’ given by the inspirational Dr. David Hamilton.

The Beehive Clinic says,

“How much love do you have for yourself? Not the narcissistic, ‘Aren’t I wonderful?’ kind of love, but the essential regard for self that stems from an inner sense of worthiness and value.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to build a healthy level of self-love.

You’ll learn about the 3 stages of self-love and how to move through them. You’ll also learn where self-love issues arise from in the first place.

David will also teach a powerful technique for ‘wiring’ a sense of self-love into the brain that’s based on cutting edge neuroscience research, which you can put into practice in your life right away or share with those in your life you’d like to help.

You’ll also learn a technique for silencing the voice of the inner critic and developing more understanding and compassion towards yourself. You’ll even learn how to change how you feel about your body image.

We are thrilled to welcome David back to The Beehive and look forward to sharing his inspirational company at our new seminar venue. We hope you join us.”

I’m always reminding clients that being your own best friend is where it’s at. I’m really looking forward to sharing this in the therapy room!
